Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We strive to make every shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange or store credit is available if you are unhappy with the size, material, or color.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.

• Reverse pickup charges of ₹200 will be borne by the customer.

• Products bought during non-sale periods will be exchanged at the original purchase price.

• Additional items during exchange can be purchased at current discounted prices.

Return / Credit Notes

• We do not offer cash refunds for returns.

• In case of approved returns due to issues from our end (damaged, defective, or wrong product), credit notes will be issued.

• Credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Eligibility for Exchange / Return

To qualify, the product must be:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• With original tags and labels intact

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Eligible Items

• Washed or worn products

• Perishable or custom-made items

• International orders (no exchange or refund)

Cancellation Policy

• Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.

• Any approved cancellation will be issued as credit notes only.

Color Disclaimer

• Slight color variation (10–12%) may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

• We try our best to display product colors accurately.

International Orders

• Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

• Duties vary by country and are beyond our control.
